Melinna Giannini

President

Melinna has successfully worked with insurers to help establish reimbursement for integrative healthcare since 1999.

AS CEO of ABC Coding Solutions, she developed systems and methods to overcome barriers to reimbursement and also led in the development of an integrative healthcare coding system.  Her experience includes healthcare legislation, medical billing, claims processing, legal variations in state scope of practice regulations and the impact of coding on U.S. healthcare policy and costs.  She has testified before federal agencies, had multiple articles written about her work, been invited to speak to the National Press Club, helped develop comparative outcome studies and has long-standing relationships with integrative healthcare leaders and subject-matter experts.

Before her career in integrative healthcare, Melinna designed, sold and monitored self-funded plan benefits for large employers.

Valerie Wood CPC, CPMA, CCA

Lead Compliance and HIPAA Auditor

Valerie brings 17 years of healthcare experience that include working with medical insurance plans from a benefits and claims reimbursement perspective as well as a comprehensive knowledge of payer guidelines. Valerie also has an extensive background of medical coding and documentation guidelines and compliance auditing and educating with respect to all regulatory and HIPAA guidelines. She has helped providers of all specialties with assessing their EHR’s and documentation practices from a compliance and risk analysis perspective in addition to identifying potential opportunities for improvement to ensure revenue integrity and optimization.

Linda Walker, CPC, CPC-I, CEHRS

Lead Medical Biller and Coder

Linda offers 15 years of experience in coding and billing for private practice in many specialties.  Linda has taught medical billing, insurance and coding for Everest College and the Performance Training Institute. She has also taught Microsoft Office, HIPAA compliance and Occupational Safety courses.

Linda has managed every aspect of medical billing, including effectively working with providers and their staff to assure the fastest possible turn-around from insurance reimbursement.  Her experience includes working for chiropractors, physical and occupation therapist and behavioral health providers.

Jeff Roybal, MBA

Jeff provides InTECuity with a full suite of accounting services.

He has 24 years in diverse tax, financial, and business consulting gained by managing business units in the paper industry for James River Corporation and Crown Paper.  During that time, Jeff identified and helped manage acquisitions to quickly increase each company’s market share.

Jeff was also the CFO of Alternative Link, Inc., the parent company of InTECuity, from 2006 until 2010 where he generated financial statements, enforced internal controls, managed audits and investor relationships.  He has continued as an advisor to the board since that time.

Dean Gallagher

Dean has created and managed proven E-commerce marketing strategies for 10 years.  He developed the InTECuity marketing outreach to identify the problems and solve the pain of most integrative health providers.

The few companies Dean has worked for over the past 10 years have sales exceeding eight figures.  Each of these companies used Dean’s system of outreach which resulted in rapid and scalable growth.
